One real lesson, shown properly
This is the pattern used throughout the masterclass: why it matters, what to do, a UK example, what to avoid and how to prove progress.
Relevant outreach can open a useful conversation, but UK GDPR and PECR do not treat every business recipient in the same way.
Identify whether the recipient is a corporate or individual subscriber. Record an appropriate lawful basis for personal data, provide privacy information, respect objections and use a suppression list.
A relevant email to a generic limited-company address may not need PECR consent. Sole traders and some partnerships normally need consent or a valid soft opt-in for unsolicited email or text marketing.
Do not assume every address can be marketed to because it appears on a public website, and do not treat legitimate interests as blanket permission.

The completed workbook keeps learning and action together. Every section has editable fields for the priority lesson, next action, target date, owner, status and proof.
